I go to nature, go for a run, or walk to the beach, where I can see the Ontario Lake, that brings me peace, if I don’t go out I listen to music or watch a sad movie to cry and release my futility

my creative processes are experiences, and images that come to my mind, intertwined with my beliefs and values. I usually do a small sketch before starting a specific artwork.

I have been learning about developmental psychology since 2017, involving emotions, relationships, expression, and everything I have listened so far resonates with me from what I have learned previously. I believe that arts serve the community by building the community build and strengthen relationships through the creation collectively (make work together), it can help us as individuals to explore our human potential. Arts are our emotional playgrounds for expression.

A couple of weeks ago, I felt that my (children participants in my class were so quiet, so I started putting music, songs that they might like. So I play the first song and some of them started to sing while they were drawing. It changed the vibe in the ambience of the room. From now, I am considering bringing a speaker and having some music o the background. It make it more relaxing as is not an academic class.

This video make me think that I have to integrate more play into my teaching practice, as I want to get participants more engaged with each other not only go there and learn to do something, also I would be better if we start to build more relationships while we make art and play would be the best way to do it.
